Affiliation
Rio Rancho Presbyterian Church is affiliated with the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). We are part of the Presbytery of Santa Fe and the Synod of the Southwest.
Our Congregation
RRPC is a young congregation of 270 members and growing. We share our life and ministry together with people of all ages, from our newest infant to our most mature 90 year olds. Among us, there are families of two and three generations, as well as singles. We are a young enough congregation to still enjoy the leadership and participation of charter members. Our community comes from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds. Some are native New Mexicans; others have moved here from different places to work or retire. All people are welcome and invited to fully participate in the life and ministry of our church.

Our History
Rio Rancho Presbyterian Church began in 1984 when the Presbytery of Santa Fe established a Task Force on New Church Development, took a religious needs survey on the northwest side of Albuquerque, and acquired 2.1 acres of land on Southern Blvd. in Rio Rancho. Read more history of RRPC.

We celebrated the arrival of our new pastor in the summer of 2008 with the installation of Reverend Trudy R. Morphew.
